We’d like to get to know you, so this week let’s talk about **insert drumroll** self concept.
Self concept is organized by our knowledge, as it is a combination of our own physical, social, and psychological descriptions of ourselves. Self concept influences what we notice about ourselves, what we think about, and what we remember.
Take a second to think about the following questions. Who are you at this moment? Who are you working to be? If you aren’t happy with your self concept, here are some helpful tips!
Let go of past mistakes.
Forgive yourself, forgive others.
Speak kindly to yourself and about yourself.
Don’t compare yourself to others.
Understand that self love is not a destination, but a journey.
