Last week we talked about self concept, and this week we will talk about dieting. I know what you're thinking. Dieting is related to physical health, but what does it have to do with mental health? Your diet isn’t just what you eat. Dieting involves consuming healthier things. Apply that to your mental health. Are you consuming healthy things on social media? Are you reading positive content? Are you spending most of your time in a positive environment? If you want to be mentally fit you have to get rid of the junk you consume.
